F&B segment
POS for Cafés — Run a Vietnamese Coffee Shop Like a Pro
Last updated:
What we hear from operators
- Milk, syrup and topping waste eats 6–9% of cup margin and never shows up in the till.
- GrabFood, ShopeeFood and Be each have their own tablet, their own menu, their own missed orders.
- Manual stamp cards lose loyal customers when staff forget, and offer no data on who actually comes back.
- Peak-hour queues lose 1 in 5 customers — but the POS can't tell you that.
Why LOOP fits this segment
- Recipe-level inventory deducts milk, syrup and toppings in millilitres so daily variance lands within 1%.
- All aggregator orders feed a single kitchen queue, menu items normalised to a single recipe.
- Loyalty lives inside Zalo Mini App — no separate app to install, QR works from receipts and table tents.
- AI forecasts demand by SKU and hour so you brew the right amount of cold brew before the 8 AM rush.
What you get
- Sub-3-second order entry with modifier shortcuts for size, milk, sugar and ice.
- Native HĐĐT (Vietnamese e-invoice) integration on every receipt.
- Self-order QR table menu with bilingual VI/EN copy.
- Daily waste log per SKU with photo evidence from staff.
- Multi-outlet sync with central recipe and price control.
Pricing built for chains
Flat per-outlet pricing, unlimited devices per outlet. Free for a single outlet. Growth and Business tiers add multi-outlet sync, AI forecasting and central-kitchen control.
Frequently asked
- Does LOOP work for a single café?
- Yes. The Free plan covers one outlet with full POS, KDS, inventory and Zalo loyalty. You only pay when you open a second outlet or want AI forecasting.
- Can I import my menu from my current POS?
- Yes. Upload a CSV or paste from KiotViet, iPOS, Sapo, MISA, POS365, Ocha. Recipes are mapped to ingredients in a guided import flow.
- Does LOOP integrate with GrabFood and ShopeeFood?
- Yes. Both aggregators (plus Be) feed a single kitchen queue. Menu items are normalised so they all deduct from the same recipe.
- How does loyalty work in Zalo?
- Customers scan a QR on the receipt, the Zalo Mini App opens, and they're enrolled. Points accrue automatically and redemption is one tap at the till.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes. Orders, payments and kitchen routing all work offline. Everything syncs automatically when the connection returns, with no duplicate or lost tickets.
- What hardware do I need?
- An Android tablet for the till, an 80mm thermal printer, and optionally a cash drawer. LOOP is hardware-agnostic — use what you already have.
